Today I have had the most relaxing day! It's my sister's 18th as I mentioned in my previous post (Day 86), so this morning we were both treated to massages which was amazing. I find it really hard to switch off and relax but I can definitely recommend massage treatments for anyone who has a similar problem. We have spent the afternoon sipping sparkling rosé and eating cake- I recommend this equally!
